Co-Player of the Week
Raven Johnson  South Carolina
G • RS-So. Atlanta, Ga.

South Carolina's Raven Johnson stuffed the box score last week with near record-setting and career best performances in both games. The redshirt sophomore guard opened the week with a near historic game against in-state archrival Clemson, handing out 17 assists - the most by an SEC player since 2005 and the second-most ever by a Gamecock. She added a career-best eight rebounds to come just shy of a double-double. Twelve of her assists came in the first half - six in each quarter - as the Gamecocks overwhelmed the Tigers with 62 first-half points. On Monday night with the offense struggling, Johnson took over with stifling defense that matched her career high of five steals for the second time in as many games. She scored a career-high 18 points on 69.2 percent shooting while handing out six assists - her fourth straight game of five or more assists.

Co-Player of the Week
Madison Scott  Ole Miss
F • Sr. Indian Head, Md.

Madison Scott posted back-to-back double-doubles at the Battle4Atlantis to move to 24 in her career, now sitting ninth overall in Ole Miss history. Against Howard, Scott's 21 points against the Bison tied a career best and her 14 rebounds marked a season high. Her 21 points and 14 rebounds are the most in a single game by any Rebel this season. Shooting 9-of-10 against the Bison, Scott's field goal percentage of 90% was the highest by a Rebel in any game with five or more attempts since Scott went a perfect 8-of-8 in December of 2021 at Cincinnati. Recording a double-double the following day against Arizona, Scott earned consecutive double-doubles for the first time since December of 2022. Her efforts on the defensive end allowed Ole Miss to hold Arizona and Michigan under 50 points, the seventh and eighth Power Five opponent the Rebels have held under Scott in during her time in Oxford. She was named MVP of the Battle4Atlantis tournament.

Freshman of the Week
Taliah Scott  Arkansas
G • Fr. Orange Park, Fla.

Taliah Scott has led the Hogs in scoring in all five games thus far, doing so while averaging nearly a 50 percent field goal percentage with 89 total attempts (43-for-89). Against Little Rock, Scott tallied 18 points in just 29 minutes played. In a hostile environment in Jonesboro vs. Arkansas State, she shined with a career-high 34 points off 12-of-21 shooting and a perfect 9-of-9 from the free throw line. Against the Red Wolves, Scott played in all 40 minutes and finished just shy of the freshman scoring record with her first career 30-piece (record is 37). Scott had 11 of her 34 points in the third quarter at Arkansas State to help the Hogs pull away. Scott finished the week with 17 points, four boards and three assists along with a team-high 35 minutes vs. Central Arkansas. Through five games, the freshman leads the SEC in scoring (24.6), field goal makes (43), field goal attempts (89), free throw makes (33) and free throw attempts (38). Her scoring average is fifth in the NCAA, while she is second in free throw makes and attempts in the country. Scott's 123 points through five games is the fastest a freshman has gotten to 100 points in their collegiate debut season at Arkansas.
