Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Jalen Milroe  Alabama
QB • RS-So. Katy, Texas
  • Milroe made his mark on Iron Bowl history with a historic game to seal a 27-24 last-minute victory.
  • His fourth and goal, 31-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Bond with 32 second remaining sealed the win.
  • Finished the game with 366 total yards.
  • Completed 16-of-24 passes for 259 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Rushed 18 times for 107 yards.

Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Cody Schrader  Missouri
RB • Gr. St. Louis, Mo
  • Rushed for a Mizzou career high of 217 yards and a TD to hike his season total to 1,489 yards in the regular-season finale at Arkansas as Mizzou held on to the Battle Line Rivalry Trophy.
  • Up to third on the Tigers' single-season rushing chart, passing Brad Smith's 2003 total of 1,406 yards.
  • Moved to within 115 yards of Tyler Badie's Mizzou single-season rushing record (1,604 in 2021).
  • Schrader logged 192 yards in the first half alone. That total would rank as his second best game of the season (entering the contest) behind his 205-yard effort vs. Tennessee on Nov. 11.
  • Rushed for an average of 8.0 yards per carry, which is the highest of his Mizzou career when logging at least 15 carries.
  • Mizzou's offense moved to within 11 Cody Schrader rushing yards of achieving a program first: a 3,000-yard passer (Cook), a 1,000-yard receiver (Burden) and a 1,500-yard rusher (Schrader).

Co-Defensive Player of the Week
J.J. Weaver  Kentucky
LB • Sr. Louisville, Ky.
  • Winner of the Howard Schnellenberger Award - Most Valuable Player for the winning team in the Governor's Cup game - in Kentucky's 38-31 upset at No. 9-ranked Louisville.
  • Totaled eight tackles, two fumble recoveries, one caused fumble and a quarterback sack.
  • Late in the third quarter, with Louisville ahead 24-21 and driving, Weaver forced a fumble and recovered it, setting up a UK field goal that tied the game.
  • On Louisville's next possession in the fourth quarter, he recovered another fumble, setting up a UK touchdown that put the Wildcats ahead.
  • Also had a seven-yard sack.

Co-Defensive Player of the Week
Triston Newson  Missouri
LB • Jr. Independence, Miss.
  • Starting in place of Butkus Award finalist Ty'Ron Hopper who missed the game with an injury, Newson led a stalwart defensive effort against Arkansas, finishing with a game and career-high 15 tackles, two tackles for a loss and a pair of fumble recoveries.
  • Missouri allowed a total of 225 yards of offense, its lowest in SEC play this season and its lowest overall since its season opener vs. South Dakota (194 yards).
  • The Tiger defense forced six fumbles and recovered five, marking a 2023 season high for takeaways. The five fumble recoveries also represent the Tigers most in a game since at least 2000. Their previous high of four was achieved most recently on Jan. 1, 2008 against Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl.
  • Mizzou's defense not only kept the Razorbacks out of the red zone in the opening half, it did not permit a single third-down conversion (0-of-5) in the half and finished the game allowing just 6-of-15 conversions.
  • Arkansas wouldn't convert a third-down attempt until 5:54 left in the third quarter (started 0-6). The Razorbacks wouldn't run an offensive play in Missouri territory until 1:35 in the third quarter.
  • MU's defense allowed the Razorbacks just 3.7 yards per play.

Co-Special Teams Player of the Week
Barion Brown  Kentucky
KOR/WR • So. Nashville, Tenn.
  • Piled up 250 all-purpose yards, including a 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, in Kentucky's 38-31 upset at No. 9-ranked Louisville.
  • Trailing 17-7, his TD return in the third quarter sparked the Wildcat rally which culminated in victory.
  • The TD return is his second of the season (also 99 yards vs. Ball State) and the third of his career (100 vs. Miami-Ohio in 2022).
  • He tied two school records - Craig Yeast for most kickoff return TDs in a career (3) and Derek Abney for most KO return TDs in a season (2).
  • Had four kickoff returns in the game, good for 180 yards.
  • Also caught two passes for 48 yards, including a crucial 23-yard catch that set up Ray Davis' game-winning touchdown run.
  • Added 22 rushing yards on two carries, a pair of 11-yard runs that produced first downs on UK scoring drives.

Co-Special Teams Player of the Week
Fraser Masin  Ole Miss
P • Sr. Brisbane, Australia
  • Turned in a career night in helping Ole Miss win a tight defensive Battle for the Golden Egg.
  • Punted a career-high eight times for a career-high 345 yards.
  • Pinned six of his eight punts inside the 20 yardline.
  • Netted 43.1 yards with a long punt of 48 yards.

Offensive Lineman of the Week
Dayne Davis  Tennessee
OL • RS-Sr. Bluff City, Tenn.
  • With Tennessee decimated by injuries, Dayne Davis made the start at right tackle and helped pave the way and protect for 617 yards of total offense in the Vols' 48-24 win over Vanderbilt.
  • Davis, a former walk on, played 55 snaps and did not allow a sack, a hit or a penalty.
  • It was the fifth start of his career and second of the season. The Vols averaged 7.8 yards per play and allowed only one sack as a team.
  • It was the second game of 600-plus yards of total offense this season.

Defensive Lineman of the Week
Jay Jernigan  Missouri
DL • Sr. Allen, Texas
  • Made his first career fumble recovery a memorable one, returning it 10 yards for a score in the third quarter. It was MU's first fumble recovery TD since Trajan Jeffcoat jumped on a loose ball in the end zone against South Carolina in 2021.

CJ Allen  Georgia
LB • Fr. Barnesville, Ga.
  • Tied for a game-high eight tackles in his third straight start in place of All-SEC Jamon Dumas-Johnson during the win at Georgia Tech.
  • Helped hold the Yellow Jackets to just three points over the second and third quarters and to just 2-for-11 on third downs.

Co-Freshman of the Week
Kadyn Proctor  Alabama
OL • Fr. Des Moines, Iowa
  • Freshman left tackle Kadyn Proctor anchored the Crimson Tide offensive line in a 27-24 win at Auburn.
  • Alabama's offensive front controlled the line of scrimmage as the Tide gained 451 total yards and 192 on the ground.
  • Proctor did not allow a sack or QB hit as Milroe threw for 259 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Recorded two knockdown blocks.
  • Cleared a path for Milroe to rush for 107 yards while Jase McClellen add 66 yards.
