Men's Golfer of the Week
Jackson Van Paris  Vanderbilt
Jr. Pinehurst, N.C.
  • Won his first collegiate individual title by carding 9-under 131 at the inaugural St Andrews Links Collegiate
  • Carded a personal-best 6-Under 64 in Round 1 at St Andrews
  • Posted round scores of 64-67 in stroke play at St Andrews
  • Helped Vanderbilt win medal match play against No. 1-ranked North Carolina at the St Andrews Links Collegiate
  • Tied North Carolina's Dylan Menante in match play after trailing by 5 strokes thru 12 holes
Men's Golfer of the Week
Frankie Harris  South Carolina
So. Boca Raton, Fla.
  • Picked up first career victory at the Daniel Island Intercollegiate (Oct. 29-31) ; came from behind after trailing by two heading into the final round on Tuesday
  • Shot 209 (-7) with three straight red numbers: 70-69-70
  • Made 11 birdies with just four bogeys over the course of 54-holes
  • It's the second top-20 for the Auburn transfer who has led the team in all four fall events including a dominate 5&4 match win over Kentucky's Jansen Preston at the SEC Fall Preview
  • He leads the team with a 71.36 scoring average in his four stroke play starts this fall
Men's Golfer of the Week
Alex Goff  Kentucky
Gr. Kings Mountain, N.C.
  • Notched his third T-2 finish of the fall season, carding a 10-under 206 to finish one shot back at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational this weekend
  • Carded a UK season-low 7-under 65, one shot off his career low, in the second round at Steelwood
  • Has posted a top-10 finish in nine of his last 11 tournaments, finishing solo second or a tie for second in six of those
  • Leads the Wildcats with a 69.36 scoring average with nine of 11 rounds under par
  • To date, Goff has posted the Wildcats' best career scoring average at 71.50, well ahead of current UK assistant Chip McDaniel's 72.02 career average
Women's Golfer of the Week
Maisie Filler  Florida
Sr. Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
  • Led Florida to its third consecutive fall victory at The Ally (Oct. 23-25)
  • Won her second straight individual title
  • Had a 54-hole score of 208 (-8)
  • Shot two rounds in the 60's ; 69 (-3) and 66 (-3)
  • Recorded a final of 6-under 66
  • Made a tournament-leading 16 birdies
  • Only player to average under-par on par4s; 3.73 average
  • Over her 54-holes, she made 30 pars and 16 pars
Women's Freshman of the Week
Abbey Schutte  Arkansas
Fr. Goodyear, Ariz.

Individual Result: 2nd place - 70-71-66=207 (-9) at the Diamante Intercollegiate at Diamante CC in Hot Springs Village, Ark.

  • Schutte delivered for the Hogs at the Diamante Intercollegiate at the Diamante Country Club, finishing as the runner-up of the tournament with a career-low 207 (70-71-66).
  • Her performance on Tuesday with the 6-under 66 was behind one eagle, five birdies and just one bogey.
  • The 66 moved her up 10 spots on the leaderboard to take sole possession of second place, three strokes off the individual medalist. Schutte's 66 goes down as the 12th lowest round in Arkansas history, as well as the best round by a Hog this season.
  • Schutte was under par in all three rounds, as her 207 is the second best 54-hole score by a Hog this season.
  • Led the tournament with the best par 3s average at 2.58.
